Very good, recommended to me by physiotherapist. Been using them with no issues whatsoever. Size fits perfectly, didn’t need to cut. Offers good foot support without causing pain. Feel comfortable inside my trainers. Arch height is just about enough for what’s needed.

These have made a real difference. I took the insoles out of a brand new pair of Nike Air and couldn't believe how flimsy they were . Put these insoles in and they offer a much better support . My ankle , knee and hip pain has reduced , so clearly they're working. I'm 6 ' 6" and 17 stone, so the right support is very important. Nice and firm but had a good cushion effect. The size 12 fitted perfectly, no trimming required .

Had these a couple months now. Their comfortable, however I find them uncomfy after 3 plus hours but my plantar is particularly bad in one foot, they do help more than not having them. Give them a try if your plantar isn't too bad or need to realine your foot position. My left foot rolls quite badly inward so I think for me, a podiatrist made arch support is the way to go. I do think that these come in various heights of arch support too. Over all, their better than nothing, seems a negative review but try them, each of us has unique plantar & foot issues. They fit my shoes great, with some slight trimming. Good value for money compared to Boots ect.

If you've never suffered Plantar Fasciitis you won't appreciate the relief these give. From excruciating pain and almost inability to walk to mild discomfort and almost normal walking in just a few hours. I really rate these, so much that I've just ordered two more pairs.

Size is correct, the support appears to have improved the pain in my heel and also the pain running along the top of my foot. Excellent news 👏. I've got more of them for my other shoes.

Well made but left little room in shoe for foot!

It really works well for arch support while enabling me to walk comfortably keeping pressure off heel. I need to have more than one set as transferring from one pair shoes/trainers to another is not satisfactory. I definitely recommend for anyone who suffers with Planthar Facilitis!!

Très bon produit lors de la présence d’une épine calcanéenne. Matériau souple pour le confirt mais assez rigide pour la tenue de la voûte. Il paraît que la tenue dans le temps est bonne (dixit mon kiné). Attention que l’épaisseur est plus importante que les semelles présentes dans les chaussures. Certaines paires n’acceptent pas la semelle, dans d’autres je déchausse plus facilement. Conseil : mesurer la taille de la semelle présente dans votre chaussure pour choisir la taille en cm et pas en pointure de pied

Sufro de fascitis plantar y quien lo tenga sabe que lo peor es el dolor al final del día. Con estas plantillas he notado un cambio brutal; llego a casa con los pies mucho menos cargados y sin ese pinchazo constante en el talón. El soporte del arco es firme pero cómodo y la absorción de impactos se nota en cada paso. Si pasas muchas horas de pie, valen cada euro. Totalmente recomendadas.
