People do expect to find a fountain of youth in every supplement. Pls don't. This one works exactly how it is suppose to. If you are facing a particular problem related with gut microbiome. This is the product for you. It fixes it like any other US based good brand with 1/8th the price. Take one empty stomach whenever you wake up. It doesn't matter if that's too early in the morning or later afternoon. If you want quick result, take one two hours before going to bed. (after dinner)
