This tyre was fitted as standard to the Boardman bicycle so it was good to be able to find it on Amazon at a very competitive price. Delivery was faster than expected too. A great purchase.

I had trouble getting these on using Youtube videos. Thankfully my Dad was a daily commuter on his bike for decades. Once he showed me how to put them on, it was a breeze. You effectively just roll each side on using your palms and the soft bits under your thumb. They've been a real pleasure to ride on. Only done 100km on them so far, but noticeably better roll on them compared with my last set of very old tyres on this second hand bike.

Can't comment on durability yet as not used this particular continental tyre before. Other reviews were accurate when stating these are tight - very tight - to get on and off. Top tip is to break the supreme grip they have on the rims on the last section to deal with: use soap. This will save you time, effort and fingers!

use these on my roadbike. have used for many miles. often cycling around 50 miles per week, they are some of the most durable tire's I have used. good tight fit, and offer a layer of puncture protection

My last set did me 3500km before getting these and were really durable. I had no punctures through their whole lifespan until the tread wore out and they remained grippy throughout. They’re very tight getting on the rim but that may just be down to my rim build so take it with a pinch of salt

These are supposed to be entry training tires. I don't think they are good to be used with trainers though, the compound is balanced too much towards grip than wear resistance.

There was initially a bit of a mix up with my order when the first set i ordered could not be delivered due to damaged packaging. This was quickly rectified by an Amazon consultant and i received the new set in no time at all. The best part was that a few days later i received the initial set as well with the damaged boxes and the tires are perfect. I am very satisfied with the service received from Amazon and the seller. Over and above that, these tyres are great and at this price point it would be very hard to beat for price and quality. I have done about 60kms with them so far and no complaints whatsoever.

A great tire for a reasonable price. When I can't find Gatorskins in the size I need, I opt for these, and they hold up!
