K&H Pet Products Quilted Cargo Cover Tan Standard/Mid-Size Vehicle 54 Inches

This works well in my car. It's a little narrower than my cargo area so it doesn't lay completely flat on the sides when I attach it to the suction cups. However, once my dog is inside, it's fine since the elastic stretches. The velcro works fine to hold up the sides - it's been in the 90s and I was worried the sticky part would melt off, but it's still attached. I like the flap so my dog doesn't scratch up my bumper when getting in. It stays in place even when my dog is moving around. I've only used it twice, so I don't know yet how easy it is to clean. I would definitely buy this again, but I hope it lasts a long time and I don't have to buy another one. Edited 3/17/20: My dog had a poop accident in the car and she stepped in it and moved around. So this cover was gross. I threw it in the washing machine and dryer on hot and it came out perfectly clean! I had to reshape it, but it's like it's brand new! 5+ stars!!

The K&H tan Pet Cover was a perfect dimensional fit and color coordinator for our Gen5 2015-2018, Ivory interior, Subaru Outback Limited cargo area. To drop the seats forward for increased cargo space , you only need to 1st release the front Velcro corners, the whole pet cover does not need to be removed. Quality, thick material and high-end appearance, well made, good workmanship with straightly sewn seams. The rear bumper/sill fold down protector flap is generously sized. Bonus front -enter storage pocket is nice touch, but a human stretch (literally) to reach it. Possible place to store leashes and/or a collapsible water bowl. We used the stick-on 3M Velcro strips after 1st using rubbing alcohol to wipe down the desired mounting surface(s) on the side interior trim. The suction-cup elastic mounting supports did not stick to the window glass very well. Ended up not using them. Note: only tighten the head-rest support straps enough to hold the cover up against the rear seatback. Over-tightening them will stress/rip them out. Rip outs on any of these seat/cargo protectors (any manufacturer/product) only occurs when the installation is incorrect. They can't support the weight of a dog, then are intended only to support the cover against the seatback. Tuck the corner/edge area next to the vehicle's interior for best fit/least stress on straps Velcro. We also installed a swing-down "Walky Barrier Folding Universal Auto Pet Safety Barrier K9 Guard Pet Safety Barrier Fence" (made in Italy, found elsewhere on Amazon) which easily mounts to the rear seat head-rest posts. Once installed with supplied hex wrench, no tools are needed to adjust or swing it down. We chose this design because it does not mar/dent/dimple the vehicle headliner or upholstery, yet is still functional/effective.

I have a 07 jeep grand cherokee and this fits very well. What you don't see in the photo is the foldable flap at the back that protects the bumper when the dog is jumping in and out. It usually just gets folded under the mat when the dog is in/out of the car. I used this on a long trip with a car sick dog and it was a life saver. The outer flaps have velcro at the back that you attach to the car. It doesn't leave a residue - so no worries about marring your car - but it also doesn't hold that well if you have a big dog that may lean on the outside edges. That said - even with the back flaps not anchored to the car - the mat stays put and does its job. I may get better velcro for future trips... I gave this 4/5 stars because the tag says 'wipe clean with damp cloth', which hints it shouldn't be put in the washing machine. I took this in the utility sink and scrubbed/washed it and it seems to hold up just fine - so i probably will machine wash this in the future. Would definitely recommend this if you want a lot of protection - and the price is unbeatable.

I own a 2007 Ford Explorer with the 3rd row seating and this cargo cover fit perfect! It was like it was made specifically for my car! The reason my car loves this cargo cover is because of the amount of hair, dirt and mud it prevented from getting smashed and wedged into the cracks and crannies of the car, is amazing. We had a long haired boarder collie and a great dane whom both were shedding like crazy in the middle of summer. We had the dogs groomed just before our move from TX to PA and they were still shedding tons of clipped hair. I'm sure the sheer stress of being in the car for 20+ hours had something to do with the large volume of hair they shed as well. During our move we had some very wet weather and being able to walk the dogs in the least muddy area possible would prove impossible. On top of the massive amount of hair, mud and dirt that quickly accumulated from the dogs, my son who is very sensitive to chemicals, was allergic to the shampoos and parfumes used on the dogs. The first night in a motel we bathed the dogs and pulled the cargo out and vaccumed the cover. The allergy cleared up very quickly and the ease of cleaning the cargo cover is extremely easy and quick! I now keep the cargo cover in the back of my car at all times. I never know when I might have a package of meat leak or have to do a quick on the spot diaper change or tote some plants or soil. It's much easier to clean the cargo cover than to shampoo the car out! I HIGHLY recomend this cargo cover. It's very durable as well as easily cleaned!

I always used a blanket to protect the interior of my CX7 when I took my two Labradors with me, but this was always more "good wishes" than actual protection as the blanket always ended up everywhere BUT where the dogs were standing. So when I noticed this product I immediately thought it was perfect. It is not, there are some issues regarding the way it's locked into position... as lack of locking into position, but the idea and the product itself are near perfection: this quilted "insert" fits almost perfectly with the rear seats bent and serves as a near perfect surface for the two dogs to move inside. I am also using the EZ Pet Barrier to block the front seat middle opening because I don't need driving aid from my two Labradors, no I don't. The only two issues are the size which seems to be for a smaller vehicle than the CX7 on the wide and long side, but the main issue is the way the quilted cover is locked: it is actually loose because it relies on friction with the car's carpet to remain in it's place... ... if I accelerate too fast the Cargo Cover slides to the back just enough to disturb it's shape on each side where the Velcro stickers hold it on the sides of the trunk. I think a way to hold it to the front seat base would be ideal, but for now I will have to look for a special clip to place underneath to fix this little problem.

I don't write many reviews but I'm really compelled to tell others about this product. I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and like to take my 70 pound German Shepherd on daily adventures. I installed a barrier to keep her in the back safely but wanted something waterproof and soft to provide her with comfort and also protect my vehicle from dirt, water, etc. While this cover is not made specifically for my Jeep, it fits the cargo area like a glove. Really it feels custom made for my Jeep. Its easily adjustable and the best part is that it has side panels for FULL coverage of cargo area. The side panels can be secured with provided Velcro or suction cups that connect to glass and clip on to side panel with elastic straps(these where not mentioned or pictured in the product listing, or I missed it). I choose to use the suction cups and the side panels are staying up and doing their job. I love the tan color as it hides muddy prints well and the fabric is easy to clean with a rag and some water. I also like that the fabric is easy to vacuum to remove dog hair. Honestly could NOT be happier with this purchase and would highly recommend to any dog owner. 5 stars plus +

I loved this cargo cover at first. It fit really well in my new Ford Escape. I like the durability of the fabric and how the floor part is quilted, makes it seem a little bit more comfortable for the dogs. The side panels however did not stay as they should have. The product comes with super stick velcro to stick to the side panels of the inside of your SUV and then you velcro the sides of the cover so they will stay in place. after only maybe 2-3 rides in the car, but 2 aussies managed to undo the velcro just by moving around in the back. I tried to make adjustments so there wasn't as much tension pulling on the side panels from the floor when they walked around but now the velcro has lost its stickiness and I will have to find another way to keep the side panels up. Other than that It is a great quality product. Just needs some minor adjustments.

We have two SUV's. We have blanket or two in our older SUV and we all know how that works. They do protect the auto, but they slip & slide and collect hair like it is going out of style.No side or seat protection. So we decided to purchase the quilted cargo cover for our new rig. We really like the fact it goes up high on the sides and also protects the leather seat backs better than anything we we looked at. I thought we received enough velcro, as we have had no slippage problem. The material does not encourage dog hair to stick to it. It has a fold out flap to go over the bumper area when the dogs jump in. Easy to install and easy to remove if need be. A little more than I wanted to spend, but it has been worth it. Had it now for a few months and it shows no sign of any wear. Highly recommend.

Covers the area well and appears to resist stains and grime. It' covers the doors and sides of the seating area well. However, if you think because it's quilted it's soft, it's not soft. You also need to secure it by means other than the self-adhesive velcro for the sides. I tried twice, attaching the velcro to the plastic walls of the vehicle and the velcro fell off the walls in a day during the winter.

Nice concept and well made for the price. FUNNY thing is I had just spent the last 2 weeks manufacturing my own "skin" over all my back area upholstery. I lined all the floor with industrial rubber runner; made custom side panels to fit over wheel wells and up the sides to the windows. Made 2 custom fit rear door panels. I was just installing the last door panel on my Land Cruiser when the delivery truck rolled up with the Cargo Cover. So there goes my new colour theme. However I will use this now to protect my protection (which was/is pretty slick on it's own). Would have really been a disappointment if my 3 dogs had destroyed all my own work. Now they can't. Many thanks. I see some comments about the Velcro and such not working. From my custom job I was using some U Glu, some Velcro and some double sided carpet tape to secure. I am more than willing to add some extra to this new protector. Very simple to do as long as you are careful where you apply adhesives. Velcro is not that great to use in an area that sees a lot of heat and sun. The adhesive tends become hard to remove.....U Glu was great. Carpet tape comes up very easily off vinyl.

As advertised but the material is slippery so the dogs do slide around on it more than I would have thought. I think that is why the sides get pulled off the Velcro and need to be reattached. I think I will add snaps to the side of the car instead. Despite being listed as 21 days delivery it came in 3!
