Exact size I was looking for. I was looking to replace a sauce pan that I accidentally boiled dry. Tried to restore it but failed. I wanted the same exact pan and this was it. I liked the heavy base on both pans. I was hesitant because of some of the reviews but it was so perfect looking. When I buy any item for cooking I always buy top notch because of the durability and performance. I've already cooked with it and I am very pleased with the results.

this is a great little pot for heating up leftovers or making a nice hot cup of cocoa or chai! i was especially pleased with the ease of clean-up.... knowing of the health risks of cooking with 'non-stick' coated pans, stainless steel pans are my only choice when shopping and using stove-top cookware. this saucepan is economical, well constructed and perfect for exactly what i need it for!

I wa so surprised at the quality of the price. I expected something lighter weight but it was to be used until I found a house and got my cookware out of storage. They are not lightweight. It's not that they are heavy for lifting. I have a muscle problem and I've found these easy to lift, probably because of the size but the metal is not flimsy and easily warped by heat. The size is what I was needing. The smallest one is for my single serve oatmeal. The other one is perfect for a can of soup or heating up most anything. I try to avoid microwaving as much as possible and with this size it's easy to warm up most foods and quick and easy to wash and put away. They are very solid. I highly recommend them. I'll be looking for more cookware from this brand. I'm sure I'll be buying some skillets soon.

Perfect size for bowling eggs or heating up single portion soups. After using it about 10 times, the surface still looks good with no stains or peeling. Best part: Wife approved.

i absolutely love this pan, If I could have given it more stars I would have. I'm an avid cook and baker and I won't use nonstick stuff. I have an occasional pan with the ceramic nonstick but don't use that very often either, even though its safe you don't know what they will be saying in a few years down the road about it. so I mostly stick with stainless steel. This pan has it all, I mean its beautiful looking, shiny stainless steel, its got the silicone handles so they don't get hot, it has the hole in the lid to help things not boil over and the lid sits down inside. A must for me. I don't like the lids that just sit on top as things tend to drip terrible when you take them off to stir and then they drip all over your counter when hold them to stir. With a lid like this, you can hold it up and anything on the lid will sit right inside the lid. The first test I gave it was rice, it did not stick. I cooked my rice and every bit came out. It cleaned up like a champ. It was still shiny and new looking like out of the book. It was a pleasure to use and clean up. I loved it so much, I ordered the whole set from amazon. I have never been so excited to get a set of cookware, can't wait for them to come. I had some farberware too and I love these even better. I love the look of these as well, kind of old fashioned looking to me. This pan has it all.

Wow! I may look into replacing my non-stick pots and pans with this stainless steel from this brand! I've always used the Teflon/non-stick pots and pans because of their obvious non-stick capabilities, and I've tried stainless steel ones before (big brand names) - only to realize what a grueling process it can be to clean them. I already have to spend enough time doing dishes, and so I don't want to spend an extra 30+ minutes soaking, scrubbing, and buying/using special products to try to un-stick the things that stick to stainless steel pans. But... look no further with these! The only reason I decided to try stainless steel again is because my 1.5qt Calphalon non-stick saucepan was flaking Teflon pieces off, and it scared me to see that I'd probably had consumed some of that in the gravy I'd made the week before. After reading numerous reviews on various brands of stainless steel cookware, I decided on this one because I was reading that it was easy to clean. Hm. Sold! Typically I like to buy "brand name" cookware as an investment, but this is certainly proving me wrong! I boiled some fresh broccoli in this last night, and then drained it. After draining, I let the broccoli sautee some more in the dry pan, to get some color. In this process, some of the broccoli did get stuck to the pan (which was expected, since I was doing this dry). Did I have to scrape it off and scrub and soak to get them off? Nope! They wiped right off with a soapy dish sponge and hot water. I also really like that this saucepan has a silicon side handle and lid hanadle...no need to remember to use mitts to move it around or burn yourself on accident. ;) However, that may make it unsafe for using in the oven (depending on the heat resistance of the handles), but that's not what I'd use this for ever anyway. Last but not least, the price is so reasonable...and dare I say, low! Delivery was quick as per Prime membership. However... it does come delivered in its own box, meaning, whoever sees it at your doorstep will see that it's a saucepan. It's not in a concealed box.

The pot is really sturdy and heavy in a good way. It's not those kind of pots that use little metal. This pot is really good. I am very happy with this purchase.

I have been looking for a 1-quart pot for a while and recently decided to take a chance on this product a couple of months ago. I use it for making Indian chai with boiled milk and water. It is very easy to clean even after boiling milk in it and still looks brand new. It is sturdy and heavy enough for this task. It is also perfect for making oatmeal for one or can be used as a butter warmer. It does not have a pouring spout, but it pours without spilling. Very happy with the purchase!
