Lies!!!!!! Not safe at 500 degrees
I bought this Dutch oven specifically to bake sourdough bread because the description said it was safe to use at 500 degrees Fahrenheit. I was disappointed right from the beginning because it arrived in red and not the cobalt blue I ordered. I decided to keep it anyway. So, I always read the instructions before using a product and was again surprised to find that this Dutch oven is only safe to 400 degrees! The marketing lies are so frustrating !!! So 1 star for the lies!!
