Good concept but plastic quality is not that great. But over all very nice face mask. Use it in cold mode or hot mode. Do some research before using the product to get max results.

Expected some relief but found none
I heard a lot about ice packs to help with migraines. So, I got one and tried it for a month each day. Got no relief even for a moment, forget about respite for hours. I don't know how others find this useful. I am never trying an ice pack for my head and face again. I tried another one for my head, the temple region. It was a rectangular-shaped gel pack, similar to this, blue in colour. That also never helped me.

Nice Product
Me and my husband both are very happy after using this..it gives an instant relief and cooling effect after a tiring day. After taking out from the fridge it remains cool for approx half n hour which is more than enough. Want amazon to keep bringing such cool stuffs.

It was leaking so I raised a complaint with the provided WhatsApp number but no one came for the exchange or return My 249 got wasted.😑
