I only received 1 tube, it says there should be 5. How do I get the other 4?

It says 5 French, meaning the size of the tube not the amount you get.

How do you clean or sanitize the tube?

Immediately after use, Flush with warm soapy water, then flush clean with warm water. Disassemble syringe and allow syringe and tube to air dry.

Can these be sterilized in an autoclave?

They syringe can be disassembled and sterilized in an autoclave. The tube cannot be sterlized in the autoclave.
