I'll update my review once I get the faja that's one size smaller, but here are my initial thoughts for the XL faja that has just come in.I went according to the measurements chart and according to the size Amazon suggested for me. Still, the garment fits larger than expected and I could've probably purchased a size L and been comfortable in it. I purchased it to wear post-reverse tummy tuck and lipo since the faja that I had is a bit too large now. However, this one still gives me too much room and I prefer a tighter compression garment in general because I'm used to wearing them.If the size had been right, it would've been perfect. It's easy to put on, it has great compression and doesn't feel uncomfortable at all. For the price you pay, I'd say that this is a good faja post-surgery.

I recommend ShaperX if you have any need for a compression garment. It is much more comfortable than the ones they give you at the hospital and it is stylish to boot.

Recovering from bi-lateral with DIEP-flap reconstruction and looking for post-surgery garments for Stage 2 & 3 & beyond for support and shaping.Pros: It's comfortable, though I probably could have sized down, so FYI on the sizing chart, I felt it ran a bit large (got 3xl as per chart, but definitely could go down a size). But it did the job, was a bit softer/looser than the compression belt given by the hospital, which was somewhat of a relief in that way, yet still felt very supported. It held my bandages in well (I still have a couple of places I need them). I was able to use it for sleeping, which was nice. Also like that I was able to wear my own cotton bra with it. Overall it does the job. Great tummy control and a feelinf of support and security for me while still being comfortable.Cons: I don't care for the straps, with a bra it's just too many straps for me. Also when I went for my long daily walk, the crotch area where the "lace" is rubbed against the bend in my thighs and I could feel the hooks there as well, which was irritating. The "lace" itself is actually where they have silicon to help make it stay on your legs/butt area, but for me it was uncomfortable. I'm allergic to latex so that may be it.That all being said, it did the job well and for sleeping in or just hanging around the house or going somewhere wher you're not moving a lot, it works. However, there's others I like better, especially those without straps.

Best shapewear on the market, I own several of these garments from ShaperX and while the material and bottom half has changed slightly it it still has firm control. They wash well and are invisible under clothes.

La ame con todo mi corazón. No sabía que talla elegir, amazon me recomendó la xs por mis compras previas y esa pedí. Queda super bien, no es molesta, había usado una antes y sentía que la compresión no era pareja pero con esta faja si, tiene esta abertura en la zona perianal para que no sea necesario un ritual al ir al baño. Y, lo más importante, hace una figura super bonita sin notarse. Muy discretas las costuras.
