I swear by this product now, it has helped my body so much.

I’ve been happy with these! The capsules are easy to take and the bottle arrived sealed and packaged well. I also like that the directions and information on the bottle are easy to read. No complaints!

Started taking this to help with my PCOS cravings and hoping it will help with my insulin resistance as berberine has been know to help with that among other things. I’ve been taking it for a month and I believe its working some what but I do need to give it more time as with any natural product it does take time for the body to get the full benefits. I have not noticed any negative side effects which is good. I’m unsure if it’s helped with my energy levels yet or if it’s helped me loose weight but it may have. I’m also on a low calorie intake diet so I’ve seen positive results just with that. I will continue to take these as I like the natural ingredients and there don’t seem to be any additional additives. It does have a taste to it a little bitter but I don’t mind it. I try to remember to take it before every meal but sometimes I forget if I get busy. Otherwise I would recommend for anyone to try.

I’ve been really happy with this berberine supplement. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate the quality and convenience. I don’t get any side effects from this so that’s a plus. It fits easily into my daily routine. I’ve taken at night and morning with no real difference on whether Ive taken it with /without food. I’ve noticed I feel good overall since adding it. No weight loss but that isn’t my goal. The packaging is also neat and clean looking; looking forward to more purchases in the future.

This is my third time buying this product and it does the job, with consistent usage. My PCOS symptoms have reduced by taking this supplement along with diet and exercise. My appetite has been curbed, no stomach issues, my body feels well if I take it with a high carb meal. And of course, lost weight and inches - but again, it was in combination with proper diet and exercise. I also found that if I take the recommended dose at one time, the capsules burst if burping and a puff of the vitamin comes out of my mouth. I opted to take throughout the day instead and don't face that issue any longer. Note: It is important to understand your PCOS type in order to get the best results.

I can’t tell yet if this product is doing anything for me, but the last two bottles I’ve purchased from Amazon have had multiple pills like the one pictured in the bottle. It’s like one part of an edge of the capsule gets caught when they are pressed together, so it leaves a gap for the powder to come out. The first bottle several months ago was fine, but since then I have had many poorly prepared pills, which makes the yellow powder that tastes extremely bitter coat all the pills in the bottle. It’s really unfortunate and makes it hard to even put the pills in my mouth because the taste makes me want to vomit. Why are so many of the pills like this, Wholesome Story, and what can you do to prevent this issue, especially for these pills with such a terrible taste?

Guess I was part of the unlucky 20% or so that experiences these types of side effects. Didn’t have an issue with any broken/open pills like some others did but I experienced bloating, gas, and loose yellow stool starting on day one. Took a break for several days and it went away. Restarted the supplement… restarted the symptoms. Took the product for another week hoping that the side effects would ease up. Nope! Definitely did not ease up. No refund options either 🤷🏼‍♀️ Update: I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars bc even though this product did not work for me, the company contacted me pretty darned quickly and offered me a full refund. That, in and of itself, gains my respect and makes me feel like the company deserves 5 stars. The product did not work for me but I did not see anything wrong with it and that does not mean that it won’t for someone else.
