This mini food chopper works very well, (if you don’t put something too hard inside it, like peanuts). Even though it’s plastic, it doesn’t feel like a toy, but rather like other plastic utensils I would have in my kitchen. My biggest warning is to handle the blades with utmost care... I’m not kidding. When I first opened the package, out of common sense I was very careful not the touch either blade. It’s tricky to handle them because they are very small, and it’s hard to grab them by their tiny piece of plastic housing. Before the first use, I wanted to give each component of the chopper a first soapy wash in the sink. Even if I was extremely careful, while washing, one of the blades barely grazed my finger and I had to run for a paper towel because I started bleeding profusely. These little blades are the equivalent of ultra sharp medical scalpels. If you can remember this and live with this, you’ll be okay. Obviously keep this chopper hidden away from young children at home! Maybe it’s because I’m still not over getting cut by this cordless chopper, but I’ve only used it twice since I received it. I have a bigger, more conventional food processor that connects to the wall outlet, and I bought this rechargeable chopper as a complement to the bigger one, in case I wanted to chop something on the spot, like say in a picnic situation. It was also an impulse purchase, but I won’t return it even if I may not use it that much. As it happens with most cheap items with rechargeable batteries, (as opposed to the ones you put in regular batteries and then buy new ones when they run out of juice), this chopper will probably handle recharges for around a year and one day it won’t hold a charge anymore. So sooner or later it will be basically a disposable plastic utensil with a limited life.

I wouldn’t recommend it for a busy cooking.

Quick to use

The size is smaller than I thought it would be. Instead of being able to cut up an onion into sections and put all of it in you can only fit about half of a normal onion in at a time. May not matter to some people but I cook with onion every night. It does cut onions, garlic, and green onion up well though.

This tiny product is really amazing for doing the small chopping quickly like garlic, onions, any soft veggies like zucchini, etcOf course, due to its small size, we have to cut medium sized blocks of veggies but hey.. still,it does the job.Blades are very sharp and does the magic.It’s no noise compared to any other choppers so far!Best of all, it’s wireless.. so, I can literally ask for help without cluttering the wires around.I will try and post pics..

It is like a toy. It is not a professional product. Very low quality. I don't like it at all

It is very useful in kitchen. It Does not take lot of space. I was surprised to see that it works so well. The set comes with two different sizes and one lid. So easy to clean as well. I will be recommending to all of my friends. I can not comment yet on durability, hope it lasts long enough.
