Gel-Type Straighteners & Neutralizers N Solution 14.1oz For Touch-Up

I tried to make use of this purchase both by following the directions on the back and how the salon stylist did my previous straightening with these exact products. When they did it, they washed and conditioned my hair after every step and I took notes accordingly but still no results in the end. There must be something more to it as I was just disappointed with this.I don't even have curly but rather wavy hair which is short and all I wanted was my hair straightened properly. Now I am back to the frustrating use of flat irons. It was unfortunately a waste of money despite trying a couple of times with patience. I only got the disturbing odor instead.
