Does this heating pad provide a moist or dry heat?

Thank you for your question. The heating pad provides dry heat. To use moist heat, you may mist the product prior to heating it in the microwave. However, please note that you may also experience some moist on the fleece side when it is initially removed from the microwave. We hope that helps. Can this also be used as a cold pack?

The My Heating Pad- Hot Therapy Pack can be used cold, however please note that this Heating Pad is not meant to be used as an ice pack. It does not get as cold as an ice pack or a regular cold wrap.
