I saw this sauce mentioned on a Japanese cooking show. Wanting to try a high quality version, I chose this one. It did not disappoint. The size is good, not so big nor too small. I knew I was paying more for the quality, but still feel it a good value. The bottle came intact and sealed. The flavor is different, but pleasant. If you want a quality trial of the ponzu flavor, this one is good.

This is an absolute sashimi requirement in my home. Anytime we are going to have fish for dinner, this will be one of our accompaniments. Flavor is impeccable and helps to make the dish perfect with every bite. Excellent quality and taste.

Very good sauce, but had a little too much citrus for my preference.

I had no idea how great this sauce would be. I love the flavor of Yuzu, and I was curious about how the other citrus juices in this sauce would add to the flavor. It’s truly smashing. It enlivens every dish I’ve used to for. And it’s incredible for sashimi and cooked fish too. My highest recommendations.

Love Ponzu. It's a new food for me but boy does it add a flavor profile yo just about anything and it isn't spicy, so my husband will wat it. It turns a chickpea salad or even plain rice into a tasty dish. I am not an authority on ponzu, so you may find a more complex or Michelen star version out there.

Delicious! Not cheap but worth every penny! Different that regular Ponzu type sauce. Very tasty and deliciously different! Glad I made the leap of faith.

The best flavor

Very citrus, good for salad or sashmi

It has a beautiful citrus flavour.It makes a lovely dip for dim sums.

The soy sauce arrived with bitter taste, it doesn't taste fresh anymore and I know what it supposed to taste like

In general this is an ok balance of flavours. It’s a bit thin and would have expected more citrus flavour and much less soy sauce base. I usually make my own yuzu ponzu from scratch so have no comparison to other commercial brands.
