We haven't received heat resistant grip in the box, though it is mentioned with the product.Product is excellent.If possible please provide us the heat resistant grip for the skillet.

Product arrived damaged with a broken handle and amazon and seller refused to replace due to return window period being over by a few days. Its a very poor design with zero quality and durability and never buy again. I lost rs.2300 and i will never buy this brand again and will not recommend.

A high-priced item, considering that the finish of the product is not as good as the USA-made brands that I also use. As cast-iron cookware, it is more than adequate for cooking a variety of recipes (for maybe two people). The saucepan’s utility will be greatly improved if it had a ‘helper’ handle opposite the main handle (like on cast-iron frying pans), because the vessel becomes a little too heavy when it is two-thirds full. The canvas, heat-resistant cover for the handle is poorly made - the stitches start to come off within a few days of regular use. Finally, the vessel will need to be thoroughly dried and seasoned with vegetable oil after every use for many weeks to avoid rust and increase its lifespan. The manufacturer’s seasoning will not last beyond a few days of regular use.

Best way of deep frying using this pan as this is a cast-iron skillet. I use it for making tadka and deep frying.

If you’re looking for a heavy and sturdy skillet then this is it. It’s quite heavy though. But absolutely brilliant quality
