Requisite Womens Lightweight Gilet

I'm a size medium and only ordered the XL because there was only 2 sizes left and the other option was small, too small for me. Taking into consideration from what I read of all the reviews on this item that the sizing was completely wrong and they were so right! I went to an alteration shop and only had half an inch taken in from the underarm to the waist considering I'm a size 12, it should have been a lot more than that given the size jump. So my conclusion about the sizing is that this was only made for women who have perfect figures with perfectly flat tummy's and small chests, not for women like me who has an obvious bust and little tummy fat. If a woman purchased this item who was a real size XL they would never fit it unless they where like a tall thin cat walk model. This is specifically for women with perfect figures and I'm not even overweight, not even close to being overweight. The only positive is that it is good quality material but the sizing issue is to big of a problem to ignore unless like me you are prepared to size up lots of sizes (2 sizes for me) and pay someone to take it in, otherwise forget it! You'll be so disappointed!

Really sad, as loved the look of this item. Sizing all wrong, however. I normally take size 16, but having read many reviews about it being too small, ordered 18. STILL too small, wouldn't even meet in the middle, more like a size 14! Have sent it back and am still awaiting my refund.

Looked lovely, nice feminine shape, but poor quality zip which broke on first wearing - now unwearable and I don't think the zip is repairable. Very disappointed. Taught me a valuable lesson (again), if it looks too good/too cheap to be true, it probably is. Also, I should have hung onto the receipt etc for returns and refund but didn't - tried it on out of the packet, looked fine but the gilet broke when I wore it the following week for less than 2 hours. Second lesson learned :(

Exactly what I was after and as an added bonus it was half price. Perfect for riding in and wearing around the yard. I just wish there were more colour options. I like that it's shaped at the waist and is actually quite flattering.

This is a nice Gilet, it looks nice on as well. Good quality and not too small in size as some are. I bought a size 14 and it's just right.
