Are the kibbles small

They are small. I have 3 mini doxies and all eat with no problems. Blue Buffalo also makes a small bite size if you need smaller

The ingredients are as follows: Crude Protein 20%, Crude Fat 12%, Crude Fiber 6%, Moisture 10%, Calcium 0.9%, Phosphorus 0.7%, Vitamin E 300 IU/kg, Omega 3 Fatty Acids 0.75%, Omega 6 Fatty Acids 2.25%, Vitamin C 100 mg/kg, Glucosamine (naturally occurring) 300 mg/kg.... these ingredients are for Turkey and Potato. I don't know if the Lamb and Potato are exactly the same.

What size is the bites for small breeds?

The bites are small but hard not soft. But not small enough if you dog is a miniature dog.
