Does it come with ears??

Yes, it does. Word of caution, order a size smaller than usual. I ordered a medium and it looked like an extra large.

Could this potentially fit a 5'10 slim/slender male?

Because of the height I will say no, it wouldn’t fit. My niece is slim and about 5’5” and it fitted her perfectly. So I’m afraid it will look small on someone who is 5’10”.

I'm 5'8 and I think 130 pounds, would this fit?

Yes, it’s a pretty big hoodie. Should fit you.
