The media could not be loaded. Works as expected. Simply plug, pair using wipro app and boom! Easy UI and loads of features.I really like the inching feature that turns off the device based on a timer.We can create schedules as well to auto turn on/off at certain time of the day.It has it's own tic-tac switch to manually turn on/off.I was sceptical looking at the review but using it sibce 2weeks, no issues observed.10A is also enough for a room heater upto 800w. Good product but app little bit slow in working

Works perfectly for me. I'm a work from home employee. So I had to calculate my Electricity expense on using my PC etc. It has functions to save the Power consumption monthly. I had also purchased the 16 A version for an automation project, it works fine too.

Faulty product will ask for replacement. Hope the replacement is ok. Hero smart plug is better. I already had one, just thought I would try Wipro for a change. Disappointed with Wipro. Wipro has serious quality issues, this was my second Wipro product.

A great product. I program my phone charging using this plug and sleep peacefully.

Good but something is off -Works most of the time, but in rare conditions it says "device failure" and does not work. And first i thought something is off with me wifi - so i checked other devices and they were working perfectly fine - just turning off the switch and turning it back on fixed the problem. But this kinda defeats the purpose of the device itself which is to operate the device without needing to physically come to the switch (i use it on my bed when i am inside the mosquito net) - while 80% of the time it works correctly, 20% of the time it wont work saying device failure)But still mostly a good device and works most of the time.
