Awesome product, second time I ordered. I will be ordering again as my kids age...

I am so disappointed in this. I get my package, which is a poly-mailer...it's not in a gift box or anything special so do NOT order this as a gift for a new parent. A simple poly-mailer.I open the bag and it is full of loose powder. The bag of molding powder is cut open. I pull out the casting powder a colored paper that half describes what this product is and tells about others and an instruction sheet. All covered in the molding powder. The instructions are not easy to understand. I have used molding before and these instructions were difficult to follow. I mix my bowl, stick babies hand in it and let it sit. I go back to check on progress and the top has collapsed. Again I have used molding powder before and I have never had this issue. I leave it and attempt to make another mold, there is not enough powder left to make the desired amount, so from here I have to come up with my own measurements. I make that one and repeat the process of molding baby's hand...let it sit. Looked back at the first one and it is filled with water, I mean the bowl is overflowing with water. I've never seen this happen. I mixed exactly as the instructions said. I drain that water and decide to leave it and see what happens instead of tossing it. Go back later and it is half full of water again. No clue what that is about... Anyway the second one I made wasn't as bad. Maybe I should have used my own measurements from the start. But because I didn't have enough powder left the finished product didn't come out as needed. Her hand was at the bottom of the bowl and caused it to be warped, but the warped part broke (taking 3 fingers with it) before I could even worry about that. So with this product I got exactly ZERO out of it. Actually I got negative because I had to pay for this POS kit and had to order more molding powder. I used a different company that has good reviews and uses dental grade material. Which I think is what was lacking here. Along with enough material, decent instructions and a nice gift box. Which I purchased for myself so gift box wasn't a concern to me, but did irritate me since this type of product is mostly bought for baby shower gifts. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The product was great but the packaging was terrible. It was a gift and not very presentable.

Le résultat est réellement probant, pour peu que bebe ne bouge pas pendant la prise.. lorsque c'est le cas, ça donne véritablement de très beaux moulages

Très facile d'utilisation, mode d'emploi très bien expliqué.Tous les récipients sont inclus donc tout est à portée de mains.Résultats très satisfisants

La quantità di prodotto permette di fare meno, rispetto a quanto descritto , è cmq un buon prodotto anche se non è semplice da usare se non si ha manualità..ma nel complesso è buono..e sicuramente si possono creare ricordi bellissimi

Instructions are sent in German. I had to look around for English instructions and then located them in a separate email from Amazon. For the £30 price tag, it’s a very expensive kit as the quality of the product is poor and whole process in regard to instructions are very stressful. Especially when you are trying to juggle a newborn to carry out the cast. The plastic cups and tubs break easily and the ones designed for the foot mould don’t appear to be deep enough. Wouldn’t buy again for the £30 price tag.
