I purchased this product last year and had it fitted by a plumber. Very happy for the first few months except that the pipes are smaller than usual in the UK, so hot water flow rate is low.After 7 months the tap starts leaking and comes apart at the joint half way up. I contact customer service and they replied quickly. After a few messages and me sending pictures I get told that I am outside of the one-year warranty. When I point out that 7 months is within 1 year, they change it to a 6-month warranty. I point out that this product is not fit for purpose and should last years, not just a few months. They are having none of it. I still have not received a refund or replacement and they just keep saying to take it to a local place to fix it.The product itself is probably OK, but if anything goes wrong you're on your own.

Took too long to come from China!. I wasn't aware Amazon were now Temu. Quality, weight and feel are very suspect. Nowhere near the quality of British taps. I had no choice but to fit only to find the threaded tails were not long enough for the work surface and had to do some creative engineering to get them to work.I wish I new they were crappy Chinese taps. Bought them in the past and they never last.
