As a registered dietitian and also someone who has been taking magnesium for quite awhile now this is by far my favorite magnesium supplement ever!!! Once I made the switch to OMG magnesium I could never go back to the other ones I used to take. I love how it is in the most bio-available form so I know I am getting the most out of the supplement and absorbing as much of it as possible. It really has helped me so much with managing stress and getting better quality sleep, which are the main reasons I like to take magnesium. It also taste so absolutely delicious (so much better than other brands I've tried) that it even doubles for a sweet treat at night for me! lol I love recommending it to my clients as well, especially those struggling with sleep, stress and digestion issues and they too love having it as a sweet treat at night! Seriously, could not recommend this high quality supplement anymore :)

Everyone needs magnesium and finding the right product to fulfill those needs can be difficult as there are so many to choose from. I found this product on accident and fell in love with it. I am not paid to write this I was not given a discount or free product. I am just telling you that if you are not sleeping well or have leg and feet cramps and many other side effects of not having enough magnesium in your body, than this is the product for you. It taste delicious it’s not fizzy and best of all it’s not hard on your stomach! All of these things happened for me when I took Calm. I had bad side effects internally and externally and the only reason I went to that brand for ten seconds was OMG was not selling on amazing during the pandemic or maybe ran out of product who knows. I couldn’t find it. I have been ordering this for over 3 years, do yourself a favor and drop that big name product that is awful and give OMG! a try. You won’t turn back. Also their customer service is outstanding. I needed some for a long trip and had only a few days before my trip and they overnighted this to me. Thank you OMG! for this product it’s been a game changer for me and a life saver in more ways than one. I will keep coming back and keep sharing this product with everyone I know.

Way too sweet! But if you add extra water and a squirt of lemon and some ice, it’s actually refreshing! Otherwise just do a small amount of water and swig fast!It does help make me drowsy, so I recommend taking about an hour or so before bed.I feel like it does actually bother my anxiety more, but I think it’s because I’m deficient in other vitamins. I stopped it because I thought it was causing anxiety, but I still had it a week later! So I started back last night because I originally started it to help me sleep. Well... I started sleeping again once I started back!So if you need something to help you sleep, this is really amazing.Overall I would recommend this product. Just be careful when opening and dumping the package into your cup. It’s dusty. I cut the top with scissors, and then put the package further down in the cup. :)

We got this for our kids to get some extra magnesium. The flavor is great but it is VERY sweet! To the point we would only do half of the suggested scoop for our sons water bottle and about 1/3 scoop for our daughters smaller water bottle and then I add a small squirt of the mega mag liquid magnesium to it (since the full scoop is too sweet and they aren’t getting the full dose of magnesium we wanted to add more to it another way).But the kids do love the flavor!

So, it's only been 3 days, and I would usually wait longer before reviewing something, but I am so excited about this product so far, that I cannot resist sharing, in case it helps someone else. I have suffered from night time leg cramps for years. Lately, I have had cramps several times per night, every single night. I have tried so many things that did not help. Recently, I saw a rheumatologist (I have rheumatoid arthritis) and mentioned the cramps and she recommended Magnesium GLYCINATE. However, I only saw giant "horse pills" online (and nothing available in the local stores). So I was so excited to find this Mg glycinate POWDER. It is truly delicious! I have used this product for the past 3 days (1-2 packets per day), and I have had the best sleep I have had in months! The leg cramps are GONE!!!! Seems to good to believe. I plan to update this review after I have used this product for a longer period of time. But so far, I would give the product a hundred stars! Thank you, thank you, OMG!

The taste & texture isn't bad but honestly, if it helped me sleep better, it could taste awful. I don't like drinking that much before bedtime & it has made absolutely no difference in my life.
