The description says "with sockets" twice. What sizes are the sockets?

Hello if you zoom the pic you can see the socket sizes. I received a 3/8 to 1/4 inch adapter and sizes 10,11,12,13,14,15 and 17 mm sockets.

I bought the unit that came with one battery and id like to have a spare.

I have both 1/4 & 3/8.There is my 2 batterys. I use them all the time.

110 volts or 220 volts

The specs for the charger input are 110-240V AC, 50-60 Hz. I have used my charger on US mains power of 120V.

Head is pretty noisy when the tool is operated. Is this normal or is my sample damaged?

Its normal for the head to be noisy. All brands are.
