What size should I get if my head size is 22’ and I want it to cover my ears?

Not even the stay puff marshmallow man had a 22 foot head.....

Does this cover your whole ear.

Get a Lager size and it'll cover your ears, that's what I did. Low profile and very comfortable.

If you buy the beanie with the patch panel from and back... Yes you can put patches on the beanie.
