Q: Are these really tight fitting around the under breast?

Yes, mine are tight under the breast, which actually helps keep things secure. There is a wide enough covered elastic band that it is not uncomfortable.

Q: Are these good for a hot climate like Arizona?

The material is a little tightly woven, which helps with support but not breathability. It's a spaghetti strap tank top, so you have that going for you in hot weather. The shelf bra will not keep a more ample chest cool like a well fitting bra will, your breasts will sit together and get sweaty.

Q: Does camisole come to waist

I’m short, so for me they come about 5 inches below my waist — so a little too long. I guess it depends on how tall you are.

Q: The description says 2-3 packs. Is that 2 packs with 3 Cami's in each pack?

You will receive one pack with 3 cami’s. I believe you can order a pack of 2 cami’s or even 1 cami. So I think that’s why the description says 2-3 packs (2 to 3 per pack) depending what you order.
