This is an excellent replacement for old flex or dated, rigid supply lines. The braided stainless steel construction provides the necessary flexibility for a stress-free installation while maintaining a high-pressure rating. The fit was precise with zero leaks on the first pass. Professional Tip: To ensure a perfect seal, gently clean the existing threads on the angle stop before installation. Avoid over-tightening. Highly recommended for any DIY or professional rebuild.

The existing tube sprung a leak and flooded my bathroom. I ordered this replacement tube from Amazon and it quickly came two days later. I was having a very difficult time putting it on and the best advice I can give is, wait for everything to dry out before you attempt to attack this to the upper toilet water cabinet. Then you won't be experiencing your hand slipping from the water on the tube. Once you get it properly attached to the upper chamber, you can attach it to the water line and use a wrench to properly tighten it and refill the tank.

This braided cord was easy to install and should last for decades. The ends fit exactly and needed to additional Teflon tape to connect cleanly and keep water from seeping out. The waterflows through cleanly and with out any issues. The appearance is much better looking the faded plastic previous hose.

The only two water disasters I've had in my houses were due to plastic fittings on toilet supply lines failing without warning. I assumed that the first time it happened about 15 years ago was a fluke. Then it happened to me again about three months ago. After that, I knew this was an issue that will persist. So I've switched all my toilet supply lines to metal fittings on both ends. These ones work fine. A few people have commented that the fitting cross-threaded on installation. Without a doubt, they can cross-thread fairly easily against threaded plastic male fittings. Just be cognizant of the potential issue and make sure that you don't cross-thread on installation. Easy peasy.
