This tea has made a tremendous difference in my menstrual cycle (after prayer, of course)!! I was having severe menstrual cramps before I found this. After drinking this the week before my period and the week of my period, my cramps are barely there, non-existant, in fact, most days. I drink 1-2 cups/day leading up to my period and 3-4 cups/day during my period. After following this regimen for about two months, I noticed the menstrual cramps were almost gone but the back pain was still pretty bad. After doing some research, I tried Traditional Medicinals' chamomile tea in combination with the raspberry leaf tea (and a spoonful of honey). The week before my period, I started drinking a bag of the raspberry leaf and a bag of the chamomile together in the morning and again in the evening. Once my period started, I resumed this regimen. Not only is my back pain gone, but my mood swings of irritability have lessened tremendously (combining the raspberry leaf and chamomile). I feel much calmer and pain free, hallelujah!! So grateful to have found this tea!

This tea is amazing! I went 8 days past my due date and was so disappointed. I drank two glasses, and a few hours later, my contractions started. I can’t say for sure if the tea caused them, but the timing was interesting! I really loved the taste too. It’s not too sweet, and I would definitely drink it again. I recommend it to other moms-to-be who are close to their due date. ❤️

I keep buying this tea it works great for my stomach pain it tastes great it's ease to drink color is red once I put it in the tea pot I like it hot

I love this tea, I drink it everyday for women's health but I wish they would keep the 40 count box in stock to being that I drink this tea.
