What’s the warranty on these carts?

Not sure but I received one with a damaged wheel and they sent me an entire new cart. They are very durable though. I bought them for my crew in a fast food restaurant. They are working great.

Could I use this as a saw stand for say a miter saw? If so would I need to modify it in any way?

Hello, We don't recommend any cart as stand for power tool because it has wheels.

Are there hooks available for this model cart?

No hooks available that I know but you can certainly customize your own card to have whatever you think you need
