these were so fresh!! I am used to grocery store chilies that are dried out - these were soft and delicious.

These are great quality chiles. I ordered them to make chicken birria since they are hard to find around local stores in my area and they didn't disappoint.

These are okay. They are very dried out, making them seem a little old. Good dried chilies should be slightly supple. Made okay Chile. Very good price though.

Such an improvement from the crusty, dusty peppers I’ve been using. These were large, pliable, fragrant, and flavorful. I’ll never go back to what I was using.

Came quickly for recipe we really wanted to try and weren't sure if they were available near us. They're milder, not a spicy hot type of dried pepper, flavor was not bitter and freshness date was sometime in 2026, I did check it but can't remember exact date. They were used in a new red sauce recipe with dried guajillo peppers we already had on hand so can't comment on individual flavor but we liked the sauce. Would order again.
