When my dentist asked what I was doing to maintain such great dental health (not bragging since this is a fairly recently acquired habit) I mentioned the usual daily brushing and flossing and using a high quality mouthwash as well as chewing a top rated xylitol gum. This gum is excellent on all counts - really good flavor; makes for a nice long lasting chew; zero sugar; and has perfect texture. While it may seem to be pricey, all of these plusses make up for the cost. The spearmint and the peppermint equally rate five stars. Good stuff. I bought this gum for the claim that it helps reduce cavities. I am all for that, should it be true. I love spearmint and the flavor is minty and fresh and lasts for a little bit but then gets stiff and flavorless, as all gum really does. These are small little caplets and I love that it's sugar free and 100% xylitol. The weird part for me is that when you chew it and drink water (I drink water all day), it makes water taste really weird-- almost sweet tasting.

Good price, they are effective and good for tooth decay. I think it is a good and easy habit to wrap into your routine- I bought the mints as well, and I think that together they are a good combo. Currently I am using a piece of gum 1-2 times a day and these mints another 2-3 times a day. I think it comes out to maybe a 35 cents a day situation. Definitely doable.

Does what it is suppose to do. Good value for money

I chew this gum all day everyday. I use to chew purr, but I like this gum a lot better. I got put onto this from a dentist youtuber who talks about her mouth care program. Best yet is it kept a cavity at bay for over a year and it is still going strong. My dentist says to keep doing what you are doing. Highly highly recommend.
