cost effective, great for smoothies, goat does have stronger/different taste
update: wondering why did I wait so long to try because I'm 100% sold on powdered milk! why? #1 not throwing away spoiled milk. #2 it has cut my trips to the grocery store visits down considerably. #3 can easily tailor to fit my needs and will always have on hand. I use for a supplement smoothie: protein powders say mix with water or milk, this adds a creaminess that plain water does not and I don't really need to use 28g so I probably use about half which it will last me longer and make it even more cost effective. I used to drink coconut milk because cow dairy congests me, but to appease my husband's desire for a dairy milk I tried the goat and I have not experienced any issues, and I love they also offer a coconut milk version that I could mix for their different properties if I wanted to- might even try the cow- Yay powdered milk lol! :With rising milk prices I thought I'd finally give this a try. It includes a 60cc scoop that I measured on my mg scale and it was fairly accurate for the 28g serving size, but the powder is super fine and can be in clumps so I had to work at getting a full level-ish scoop without compacting to get that weight. I used my bullet-type blender with following results: Day 1- I used 8 ounces of warm water I had just distilled (package suggests warm) with a full scoop of milk powder, did not clump but the taste was ?gamey? I put in a couple ice cubes and better but still not good. Added smoothie mix and not much improvement in taste. The good part was the taste did not linger for a lengthy time. Day 2- Still using 8 ounces of my distilled water but this time cold from fridge, I eyeballed about half a scoop of milk powder and directly mixed with smoothie mix and did not clump in cold smoothie. Half scoop had no evident taste in smoothie as the full scoop did and no aftertaste. I did not try it alone this time. So it should mix fine in blender with cold water, a definite plus. If you plan on drinking this I do recommend trying a smaller package, I thought my smoothie mixture would mask any off taste but unless yours is on the sweet side (my current one is kind of bland) you will likely taste the flavor of this goat milk powder at full serving size. The powder kind of stinks, and it tastes like it smells.

Creamy and great taste when extra powder is used.
Ive been using one scoop per cup which doesn’t taste like much so I made a 4 cup batch with 5 scoops of powder and it turned out better and creamier, actually tasting like goat milk. Only downside is my cats aren’t as crazy about it as the previous brand I purchased. I rather have fresh goat milk so I will look again in my state. Meanwhile, this seems to be a good alternative. These powders don’t last long since the scoop size is large which in turn is an expensive item.

My cats love it and I love the clean and simple ingredients
My cats love goat milk as a treat! I make a pint jar that last about 5 days. They look forward to their morning treat of goat milk while I make their breakfast, my cats eat a balanced / complete homemade cat food and they like it when I warm up homemade meat broth and spoon it over their wet food. What I like about this milk is that it creamy and rich, the clumps of cream will dissolve, I found using the wand for frothing milk on my immersion blender will break down the clumps. I keep the unused portion stored in my fridge to insure freshness after the bag has been opened. I like this product because it is clean and simple ingredients, no added vitamins or any flavoring, just plain goat milk. The amount of product is well worth the cost for what I use it for. So, for the price you are getting a good size of product. The taste is also great!

Fresh milk substitute
I just drank a large glass of this. It does not taste anything like fresh milk, but it tastes pretty good. However, it has an unpleasant aftertaste that lasts a long time. I tried putting only the powder in a cup of coffee, and that tasted terrible. You have to make it into milk before you mix it with coffee. If you stir this with a spoon, you get a little bit of milk with lots of clumps. If you put it into a container that has a lid, and you shake it, then you get milk with one or two clumps. It has no smell. It looks thick and creamy. You need to refrigerate it or add some ice cubes. I tried a different brand of powdered milk that tasted a lot better than this, but after a short time, it went stale, and it tasted really bad -- then I had to throw the whole container away. Not sure what will happen with this one.

Excellent powder 🥛 🧋
The powder milk is excellent. The milk turns out very tasty. Right before I make coffee with milk, I dilute it, and it dissolves perfectly in water. Every morning, I make myself a caramel macchiato, and it whips up wonderfully. I’ll keep buying it all the time and recommending it to my friends.

Who would have thought it tasted so good???
OUTRAGEOUS FANTASTIC. Out of all the powdered milk cream items I've bought this us it. It dissolves better abd although the taste is different once you've had it a few times you'll find you like it surprisingly. I bought it because some hotels are getting ridiculous with no coffee maker in the room. Yes that's right they want you to get a suite pay extra for a fridge or get rm service. I went to a decent vegas hotel no coffee maker. Brought a emersion heater on Amazon and several powdered creams NOT COFFEE MATE. And sugar and instant Starbucks from Amazon too. Bought some packaged condensed lactose free milk from Amazon , also not bad and with a shelf life too.. Had this milk sent cause it might not go through the airlines as there were several small containers. Nice thing about the powdered goat milk and powdered creamer from here. They dont spoil and you can use them in baking.I originally bought it to help my pets with occasional gastro issues. But now on all uses ..A win win.

First trying goat from a milk powdered
I have read and listen to studies that reveal how nutritious goats milk is especially for women in regards to their hormones. I was looking to cut back on the sugar in my coffee and I thought this would be a good idea because I heard goats milk was sweeter than regular milk or creamer. I have to agree. It has a sweeter better taste to it than half-and-half or milk. I’m gonna start daily incorporating goats milk instead of the half-and-half and honey I was using before. I’ve also read that it’s great for cataracts so not just for myself but for my senior dog, I’m gonna start incorporating it in his food. He loves it too! Honestly, it’s way way better than some idea. I had in my head and I’m really glad I got it. It’s easy on my stomach and I can incorporate it into my homemade beauty products too. And if that isn’t enough, it’s also talked about in the Bible is being a really good thing so there you go.

Fair. Clumps difficult to utilize.
Taste is okay. It is extremely hard. Will not re-order.
