Broke me out before seeing any benefits
Wish I could keep taking it for all of the proposed benefits, but this started breaking me out before I could see any of them come to fruition. Was a waste of money for me.

Pricey, but good quality!
At close to $40, the bill for these is a bit steeper than other fish oil products, but it's hard to put a price on good brain function. The difference when comparing fish oil pills like this comes down to a few things: Is it easy to swallow? Does it smell/taste fishy or oily? Does it really contain what it says it does? The answers for me have been yes, no, and it seems to, in that order. The pills have thicker coatings than normal, and the coating is very smooth. Per the product description, they may contain animal-products, so these wouldn't be appropriate for those with a pescatarian diet. The thick coating is likely to prevent the fishy odor or taste, and it works. It doesn't taste fishy at all. The smell when opening the bottle is minimally fishy. I've heard of people keeping these types of supplements in the fridge or freezer to get them down without dealing with the flavor, and with these, that isn't necessary. The pills aren't tiny, but they go down easily, and I don't get any fishy reflux or anything. As for what's in them, the company claims there's a certificate of analysis for what goes into them. For me, if I know I'm giving myself good brain food, I feel good. But it's hard to directly notice the effects, especially within a month. Overall, these are great. Are the better than less expensive fish oil? I'm not sure. But they're great. ***I write reviews as a hobby because I love trying out electronics, clothing, household products, kitchen devices, and more. excellent
I think that Omega 3 fatty acids are extremely important and an excellent supplement to take for many different reasons, most of which benefit brain functioning. I'm not a stranger to taking these supplements, and have tried several from different brands. I think one of the great discomforts that people tend to experience when taking these types of capsules, are the fishy aftertaste that occurs. These capsules appear to have quite a thick coating around them, and I think that is strategically by design, so as to prevent an overwhelming fishy taste. I can say with my experience that the design works very well. It's difficult to entirely rid yourself of that smell or taste, but in this case I would say that the smell is very very faint and the taste is nonexistent. So from my experience of having tasted and consumed Omega 3 supplements from other brands, I would have to say that this brand does an excellent job of mitigating the bad taste associated with this supplement. The pills went down easy, gave me no fishy aftertaste, and surely benefited me for the positive impacts that Omega threes are associated with. All in all my experience was very positive, and I would certainly recommend this brand. It is a little on the expensive side, but I feel in this case paying a little bit more is certainly worth it.
