I work in a restaurant，and want to know if these sneakers are suitable for me to work in a kitchen？

I have a tendon dysfunction and have ortho inserts. Is this a tennis shoe which will accommodate my ortho inserts and is this a good walking shoe?

It's a very comfortable shoe with a lot of give in the sole. I believe if you take out the cushion and put in your Orthotics it should fit although the shoe will have less cushioning.

Do these run wide or narrow?do these shoes run big or small? the sizing says 8m. does that mean these are men’s sizes?do they have good support?

Ran very large. I’m a size 7 in every shoe, ordered the 7 and they were European size 38. When you look that up it’s actually a 7.5 and they were way too big. Going to try a size ‘6’
