Still deciding if they help or not I do get the feeling that after my workout and after taking a pack which tastes great that I do recover faster as I fee less tired ad more energy. It the feeling is similar to other thing I have drunk. I will keeping going as I am noticing that I am able to work out a little harder than before I started taking these.

This product has made a difference to my skin (not entirely sure about joints) I'm a distance runner and many things help my joints, so difficult to be sure from that persepctive. It is very expensive and when I asked where they sourced their collagen, it is from South American cattle, so in terms of environmental impact, it's not good at all.

Collagen makes up 80% of our skin and is essential for muscle and bone development. These sports recovery sachets contain a high amount of collagen and other vitamins that are necessary for good health, including vitamin C, B6 and biotin and minerals zinc and copper, all that aid the body’s immunity. They have a pleasant orange flavour and although expecting a liquid it is in fact a jelly like drink but nevertheless easy to ‘drink’ Only downside is the price, rather costly for two weeks supply, but they are a good quality supplement that if you’re an athlete be of benefit in training and recovery.

I have used collagen for years to help with both my joint issues and to improve the quality of my skin, with some noticable benefits over time. I have tried several feel supplements like this before and can say that this is obviously the best quality one so far, however, it is extremely expensive at £2.28 per sachet, and for that reason I would recommend against this supplement unless you absolutely need a portable and instant option available, such as if you are going traveling. The supplement arrives packaged in individual foil and plastic sachets, in a thin card box. Packaging wise I think these are on and I struggle to see for it can reasonably be improved much further. The taste is a strong orange citrus, just like it you had made some very strong orange squash. Enjoyable but not out of the ordinary. Nutrition is important to me and I prefer these types of supplements to have minimal sugar. For the 8g of collagen you get, there is also 6.3g of sugar. This is not much in the grand scheme of things but I do consider that there should be a smaller ratio of sugar to the active ingredient. Several other vitamins and minerals are included in small quantities, but nothing significant. I am saving some of these for those times where I just can't get enough collagen into my diet and where I am on the move, but generally it would be much more economical to buy collagen powder and mix that into a drink. This the price of this falls to £1.50 or less per serving, I could support it more, but there's really no need to be charging so much for collagen.
