Does this heat up faster than a mains gas radiator and is it more cost effective? Many thanks for any help.

Yes this does heat up faster than a radiator on a gas fired central heating system but 1KWh of electricity is four times higher in cost than gas, i.e. Electricity costs 28p per KWh, Gas costs 7p per KWh.

Can it go in front of a wall? And can you put damp towel on it to dry?

Hi, yes it can sit in front of a wall but will not be flush with the wall due to the base and wheels being wider than the fins on the radiator as air needs to circulate around the appliance. To ask your second question , NO , do not ever cover this type of appliance with anything as it would be a fire risk .

How long is the electric cable?

The cable is quiet short only about 1.5 meters long .

What are the dimensions please

Height 24" Length 15" Width 10" including wheels Great quality good looking radiator and I'm glad I bought it. Hope this helps
