A Wonkǎẽsque powder. At around Pantone 178C it’s a very finely milled pink. I mix it with organic banana powder, some fibre and a dash of Slimfast meal replacement (usually pretty cheap here in Amazon World). The slightly heavier banana powder helps to keep it from sticking to the size of your shaker which this dust on its own has a tendency to do. The result is a professional liquid meal that surpasses 99% of the trending but expensive shake dust such as Huel etc. Unbelievably tasty, packed full of super nutrients I’m perfect for a pre-workout shake. Highly recommended, I got my first bag half price which is the price it should really be but it’s kind of worth the full price especially if you treat it as an additive to your powder box. Fully mixed with 250g of organic banana powder, 250g of Slimfast and a small bag of fibre you have everything you need and it will last you a month and change. Big nice

Flavours: Did you like foam banana sweets when you were younger? Then the "banana" flavoured Slimfast is for you. Like chocolate? Don't buy the "chocolate"-flavoured one. It tastes like a cheap child's cereal that has been left half opened in the back of the cupboard crossed with the chemical-treated cardboard box it came in. Like strawberry/raspberry-flavoured ice cream? Then the "strawberry" flavour is for you. There is a slight powdery taste but it doesn't make it unpleasant. Like powdered or tinned custard? Then the "vanilla" flavour is for you. It isn't very strong or very sweet, so if you just want a shake that has some flavour, pick vanilla. Do you like caramel-flavoured ice cream or sweets? The "caramel"-flavoured shake tastes like melted caramel ice cream. It's not overly sweet or overpowering, but very moreish. This is my favourite. I have a sweet tooth and struggle on any diet that leaves me feeling hungry. These shakes, however, fill me up and also help satisfy my craving for something sweet. They are easy to make and much cheaper in powder form than the ready-made ones. Buy a box of long life/UHT skimmed milk because you'll need a lot of it: if you drink two shakes a day, it's 0.5 litres or almost a pint of milk. I use an electric hand blender to mix it up without lumps and the aeration makes it thicker. I tried shaking but it was still lumpy and you lose part of it that sticks to the side/lid of the shaker. Step 1: measure out 250ml of milk Step 2: measure out two scoops of powder Step 3: add the powder to your milk Step 4: mix with a spoon or blunt knife Step 5: blend with an electric hand blender Step 6: drink! Would I recommend it? Yes. I'm losing weight and not suffering in the process.

Much better flavour I’ve tried the chocolate doesn’t taste like chocolate, tried the blueberry and that was awful made me feel sick so gave the banana ago and it does taste like them banana milkshakes kind of , I have them for the vitamins and fibre and protein tbh as I lack them a bit I’ve only been taking a week so not really any weight loss tbh

I'm still fat because I have the will power of a moth to a lamp. When I was younger and had will power this worked great. Lots of meal replacement shakes for a good price and nice flavours to choose from. If your contemplating this for weight loss it will work if you can stick to it. Best of luck.

Est prix en substitution d'un repas, cale relativement bien. Je conseille de mixer les parfums pour ne pas saturer trop vite. le goût est bon mais on se lasse vite
