I've been using this product for a few years. I have very fine hair, very little body. This product does help a lot. Sadly, has gone up in price as everything has. Has "medium hold". Whoever makes this stuff should make one with more hold....whatever comes after "medium".

Just try a little at a time to see how it works for you.
This item makes my hair feel much thicker as my hair is thinning.It give me body and I can style it with using my blow dryer.No need to use the curling iron.I tried plenty of products and this works the best for me.I highly recommend it.
