Can i get a replacement

You would have to contact the company who makes it, they can answer that question.

What is the diameter of outlet tube? What is the diameter of the inlet tube before it flares out?

Intake tube before it flares out is about .5”; discharge tube is .5” Intake tube at very end is 1.5” but if you use filter attachment, it goes down to 1-1/8”.

Does it have a screen on the end to filter what is being siphoned?

No it does not, I had a difficult time getting it to work maybe I was not doing it correctly since it was my first time using a siphon but I did not like it.

Can I get a replacement

You would have to check with the vendor - I really don't know if there are any replaceable parts.
