Will this shuffle Uno cards?

Yes it does! Just got uno triple play which uses two decks and it works great. I don't know how people are snapping handles. Takes hardly any force to turn the crank.

Is it loud? i bought one from walmart and it's really loud.

I have used an electronic shuffler previously and this is much less noisy than that but it still does make noise.

Does this bend the cards?

No, it doesn’t bend the cards but is sometimes difficult to get a good shuffle. You have to crank it slowly otherwise the cards will sometimes jam. Slow and easy gets a good shuffle.
