A decent product

A bad product.
It's not a good product.It doesn't work properly.Automatic system failed in 3 months.when tank becomes empty we have to switch to on .

Machine good. Probe should be improved.
This is my repeat order. First order was in March 2025. Machine is working perfectly. Issue After one year is with ground SS probe. The probe is now completely corroded. I have ordered carbon probe as an replacement. Manufacturer can make sure that SS used is of high quality which should not corrode over time. Rest all good.

product is very very useful and its durability also good before its installation (which was so simple) i recommended see its you tube video. Help easy to install once you installed it then you easily checked tank either empty, 25%, 50%,75% or 100% full. see how long it last know

Feedback & Suggestions
Product works! I bought a 6 core 30m cable to bring the output from sensors from terrace tank to closer to pump at ground level. Feedback to manufacturer: (1)can you pls increase length of cables with probe for all your level instruments? For bigger tanks even extension cables won't be good if submerged inside tank. (2) Can you give auto off after 5 min on tank full ? Off switch is available, but it needs a walk to instrument to switch off & I keep forgeting to switch it on resulting in overflow next time. Also. Alarm volume is not high enough to bring attention. (3) Since you have a low level feed back, can you include alarm - continuous is ok here, because we will start well pump. Query : how can I use the tank full (or <25%, no red light) to rig an external alarm? I am assuming these are not potential free contacts that I can include in a 240v alarm?
