I bought this for my Dad, who had admired an old, but well-made fleece jacket I own. That one was Council-issue and it's hard to find anything with a similar thick fleece lining.The jacket I bought exceeded expectations; it looks really smart, the colour is great, the fleece lining is thick, warm and comfortable and the fit is excellent, certainly plenty of room for my Dad, who has put on a little weight recently!I am so pleased with it, that I am considering buying one for each family member (7 of us left, so this would be a substantial purchase, but worth it, IMO).There is a good reason I have given it 5 stars for everything, and I would highly recommend this jacket to anyone, based on construction, function, appearance and price.

I've ordered others brands and sent them back because of the fit. I am 5ft 5in, 38 inch chest and with a slim build. I was dubious regarding their sizing chart but ordered a Small. Well I was extremely surprised and delighted with this fleece from Geographical Norway. The sleeves were perfect as well as the body length. It's not baggy like a lot of my previous fleeces, a brilliant fit, I'm so pleased. I've ordered another slightly different style from Geographical Norway and am hopeful the fleece is as good this one.

great outdoor garment, apperars well made and stylish

This fleece has a traditional thick, warm pile and feels very cozy. I’m not normally one for badges on jackets and didn’t realise just how big the badge on the sleeve was. The badge is also very reflective and stands out quite brightly in the evening. But because everything else about the jacket is exactly what I wanted, I’m learning to live with it. As I wear the jacket mainly when walking my dog, the badge could actually be regarded as a safety feature. The jacket is a comfortable fit with room for a mid-layer when the temperature really drops. Overall, definitely worth the money.

Looks like a quality product but the size L absolutely massive which I sent back and awaiting reply from supplier. Strange as the large jacket I bought from same manufacturer fit like a glove.
