Are the minerals added or are they extracted from the broccoli sprouts?

Glucoraphanin without mirosinase is not sulphoraphane. sulphoraphane is not stable. do these contain 100mg glucoraphanin or sulphoraphane?

Our product contains 10% of sulphoraphane.

How have you managed to get 100mg Sulphoraphane from 1000mg sprout extract when other companies can only get a fraction of that?

Do they contain the active enzyme myrosinase that is needed for conversion of glucoraphin to the active sulforaphane?

Unfortunately all details are in German - the only thing recognisable was “2 tablets contain broccoli extract 1000 mg, Davon Sulforaphan 100 mg. Sorry I can’t be more helpful.
