I bought the bottle of 600 Chlorella tablets because I was and am doing a Heavy Metal Cleanse using Chlorella and Cilantro. I knew I would need a lot of these tablets to get all the heavy metals I have out of my body. If I can ever get them all out. I have fillings in my teeth... lots of them so I don't need a doctor to tell me I have a heavy metal problem. I just know. I did this video, but really wasn't able to explain exactly what I am doing for the cleanse. It isn't complicated, but it is hard for me to explain. I did do a blog post and put it on my blog. That might explain it better if you are attempting to do one yourself. I can tell you this chlorella does work and works well. I was taking just the chlorella and started getting die off symptoms from the toxins in my body. Then, when I added the cilantro... Holy WoW! Between the headaches and liver pain I was thinking maybe I shouldn't of started the cleanse. But I stuck to it and lived through it. Feeling good now and my tongue is no longer burning. I know because of the fillings in my teeth, I will probably always have to keep up with doing a heavy metal cleanse. My video might tell you a little bit of how I am doing it... I will copy and paste my write up in the comments in case anyone is interested. Oh... by the way. When I am taking the Chlorella... my body is staying alkaline with no problems. Does anyone else on here cleanse for heavy metals?

I've used this product daily for over three years. My experience is that it helps keep my breathing clear, due to the chlorophyll. It helps keep me regular (bowel movements), My skin appears healthier - clearer, my nails grow faster, and as I understand it, chlorella helps eliminate heavy metals from my system, which I like because I have a couple of old silver fillings in my teeth, I live where the soil has heavy metal deposits, and I work with oil paints containing lead, mercury, cobalt, etc. I experimented several times by stopping usage for a week at a time and noticed the beneficial effects seemed to stop. When I started again, after 4-5 days, things once again improved. Previous to this product I used the more expensive brand by Sun Chlorella. It also worked great but costs more. I have found the beneficial effects of this product are subtle but true. There are many other reasons to use chlorella that I have researched, but I will leave it to you to determine your own reasons. Paul Pitchford's book Healing With Whole Foods introduced me to chlorella. There are also many resources on-line.

This is an awesome product! I had a many bottles and it works each time. Especially, it works really well to get rid of bad mouth smell that comes from inside your digestive system. I gave it to my twelve year old son whose breath was really like rotten smell. I gave him just half dose (five pills) because he is a minor. After taking it for about three weeks his breath cleared up. It also helped me with my period pains. After few weeks, I didn't feeI tight pressure in my lower abdomen anymore and the blood color was more vibrant red. I believe on the statement promoted by the company; of course, I am not a physician to measure the promises. Try it, it doesn't have any side effects.

I've purchased this natural Japanese sourced chlorella product off and on for a few years now. Typically the quality is consistently good! Occasionally I've received a batch where the green hue of the tablets is significantly faded and the quality seems lower (scent is lighter too etc). But overall I would recommend this product and I have continued to purchase it as a natural source! No binders or fillers either.

Important to research where your Corella is sourced from… This is a very good product and highly recommend I take between five and 10 a day, not anywhere close to a detox dose, but it’s very good for you as a daily supplement.

I use these to keep my bowel movements regular. Much better than drinking metamucil everyday.
