Is the telescopic water tank removable? I don’t see a way to separate it from the main unit for thorough cleaning & drying.

YES, THE TANK IS REMOVABLE FOR CLEANING! After you have opened the flosser to its fully extended position, just give the two sections (tank and body) a good tug apart (kind of like you would tug when removing a nicely sealed Tupperware lid), and your flosser will now be in two pieces. Super important so that you can clean the tank and let everything air out. You'll get the hang of it after doing this just once.

how do you remove the water bin?

Hi, thanks for the question. You can directly pull off the water tank with more strength and when you dry up the water tank, then install them back. The water tank can be directly remove and assemble.

Can I buy individual tip ?

I don’t think so. Probably a package of all of them.
