I am very skeptical of all these OTC products that make outlandish claims of efficacy; vitamins, herbal extracts, performance enhancers, etc. However, I do believe this supplement is having an uplifting effect. I am thyroid deficient (hypothyroid), and take Synthroid as prescribed. I decided to add this supplement as I was feeling a bit lethargic.
