Organic Black Seed Oil 250ml - 100% Pure & Premium Virgin Cold Pressed Nigella Sativa Black Cumin Seed Oil

I am very pleased with this black seed oil. I use black seed oil as it’s very good for you. In fact I used it on my face as a quite large lump/cyst came up and I didn’t want a doctor cutting my face so started putting oil on and it shrunk down to nothing in a few days after being there for months. Many doctors into natural health have videos on YouTube praising it for what it can do for you inside and out. One even said it can cure everything except death! 😂 I was using another brand but couldn’t find it when I ran out so I bought this one and the taste is just right. I have it neat straight from the bottle as only I use it and I love the pouring spout that’s like you get in good quality olive oil bottles. The bottle is dark glass and the packaging is really lovely too. Great product all round really. Do use it on your face as it’s a fantastic moisturiser for smoothing lines as well as good for acne. I put the palm of my hand over the top and tip it up and back quickly and get just a little on my hand which is plenty. I haven’t had acne just the cyst but it helped my daughter get rid of hers. It’s a massive bonus that it’s organic too, as I’m really into organic food but the other one I had wasn’t. Highly recommended thank you. ❤️

It’s a light coloured oil about the same shade as extra virgin olive oil. It’s part of a regime I follow and although it’s a lighter coloured than another brand I used, I am assured by the supplier that this is a premium oil. It doesn’t have a strong taste although it does leave a peppery feeling on the back of my throat similar to olive oil.

I can't say I've used black seed oil before and so unfortunately I've got nothing to compare it to. But I will review as a first time user:Firstly, even at full price this is very good deal for organic! I had been looking at other brands previously which although we're the same price, they were much smaller bottles. I like this bottle because I keep it next to my oven as a reminder. It feels great quality and looks nice. Nicer than my photo shows.The oil itself isn't something I could manage to just take a spoonful of, I tried but wouldn't do it again due to the taste - I think this would apply to all black seed oil.However I've managed to put it into a lot of recipes and seems to be working deliciously! I needed to up my calorie intake and I feel this is a healthy way to do so.I have to say though, I can only use very small amounts otherwise I get a stomach ache. I'm known to have GI issues and sensitivities though, so I wouldn't say this is something everyone would suffer from. For example I react to this as I do with cinnamon - it tingles and burns my intestines and gives me a bit of sickness/gas if I have it by itself/too much in one serving.I'm going to keep using it and see if my stomach gets used to it more, hopefully it'll make me feel better in the long run! As for now, I haven't noticed any health benefits but I have faith to keep trying

I got my Bottle of Black Seed Oil, it tastes like black seed oil, pretty sharp and very much an acquired taste. I have already seen a change in my bowel movements and I believe it is down to this superb product. Thanks for delivering earlier than even promised and I think I shall be buying more when this is finished. For its health benefits

Oil is of good quality. It was a recommendation. We are on our 3rd bottle. Taste is milder than other brands.
