D4215 brushless Motor 650KV 2.3kg Thrust 3-6s mutirotor Motor for RC multirotor multicopter FPV

Used four of these for a 7lb quad copter and they work very nicely. Tremendous power but too much lag with 12x11 three blade props. Just right with 12x6 two blade props as shown in the manufacturer data. Did have a problem with one motor which was returned however the replacement and the rest of them have been going strong and surviving multiple crashes with dignity and grace. As other have mentioned the prop adapter is not adequate for anything other than basic use. The countersunk screws do not fit the adapter well and the adapter itself is made out of soft alloy so the M6 nuts will eventually strip out. Recommend starting out with the supplied prop adapter and then eventually upgrade it either with another M6 shaft style or the 4mm with two 3mm hole style. Both types of adapters and props are readily available both on AZ and the bay as this motor uses the standard 4 hole 12mm pattern with a 4mm hole in the middle. Al in all I am happy with these and definite 5 stars overall.

Some guys at my club are printing 3D Lab print mustangs and zeros and these motors are perfect for them. They are nice and torque-y and very quiet and fit these planes just right. I've come to trust these Flash hobby motors as my go to for all kinds of rc airplanes.

I haven't been able to test the motor yet because when assembling the prop adapter I ran into a problem with the machining of the mounting holes. They are countersunk to recess the 4 mounting screws, but the machining is sloppy so some of the screws sink below the surface while others are still protruding, making it impossible to mount the propeller straight. I'm going to try shaving down the screws that are protruding with a file, but if this doesn't solve the issue I'll be returning the motor. The aluminum material of the prop adapter also seems very soft, not sure if this is to allow it to bend/break in a crash or if its just cheap junk.

Bought two motors one of them failed to work disappointed.

Does exactly what it's supposed to. Would definitely buy again.

I'm using it as a pusher and the threads are the wrong way, I used a double nut to secure my prop, everything works.
