Great
Clipped in easily - leaves the other side of the pedal still free to let you clip in as normal. Takes a little getting used to as my pedals flop down with the weight of the plastic so when you're trying to push off in a hurry its a bit fiddly to flip them back up the right way but a great addition to my road bike to let me use it more for commuting in the week.

Quick fixs
Hard plastic, used a few times and work very well, click and lock in place is quite hard to get on and off at first but after a few times gets easier once in place great.use on my cx bike when riding with my youngest less speed more comfort when using with my trainers for a quick ride round the block

Great pedal plate
I thought this wouldn’t be any good but took a punt.I was wrong. It’s great. Comfortable foot position, grippy, easy to install and remove. Perfect for communicating, going to the shops or just days you don’t want to ride clipped in. Highly recommend!

Simple to use, cheap solution, not very practical
These are easy to snap in & out of your SPD pedals - unless you've set your release tension very high. They should be a good compromise if you want to use your race/training bike for a little utility cycling without swapping pedals regularly. However, I found two problems. One is the wide platform - great if you're wearing casual shoes instead of rigid SPD shoes, but it's wide enough to chafe on the electronics "puck" of my power-metering spindles. (Admittedly I have already had to cut away part of my SPD shoe rubber to clear the puck, it's a tight fit regardless of your setup). The second problem is that the plastic simply isn't very strong. I took the photo after one ride - about an hour on hills, averaging 190 watts, so perhaps more power than you'd need to ride to the shops, but definitely not elite athlete power. After that one ride, the plastic has already distorted on the load-bearing surface. If you want to spend more money on something heavier & durable, Shimano M324 could be a better choice.

Perfect for SPD pedals on Peloton
Fitted some SPD pedals on my peloton and bought these as an alternative. I can clip in but others in the house can use standard pedals without clipping in. Perfect!

Sent incompatible plates.
Ordered plates to fit SPD pedals and received one SPD plate and a CB plate which (for obvious reasons) didn't fit.Plates are easy to fit and do look relatively durable.

Very effective
Excellent for providing the ability to wear ordinary shoes for those "I'll just pop down to ... " rides.Easy to snap in place. A bit difficult to remove. Maybe that'll get easier with use.
