It's a tumble-drier so it's not gonna change the world. You put wet clothes in, ouch a button and dry clothes come out some time later. This one, like my Samsung washer, is very intuitive and easy to use. Loads of programs for just about every kind of fabric, it's a condenser sonic doesn't need to be connected to an outlet pipe. It has an easy to access tank that needs to emptied after each use. If you are able to link it to an outlet pipe, just move the pipe on the back from plug A to plug B, plumb in the pipe and you're done. Of it's many great features, the 3 I use most are 1. You can connect it to your home WiFi and use the SmartThings app to monitor or control the machine remotely. 2. There is a light on the drom when you open the door so you can see if you've gotten everything out, and 3. If you need to dry something - like a pair if trainers, for example - that you don't want rolling around for fear of damaging the item OR the machine, there is a shelf you can clip on the inside that will hold it still while warm air dries the item thoroughly. Not the cheapest machine available but the best one I've ever had. 4.5/5

I bought this as an alternative to endless racks of washing trying to dry indoors. It is a game changer! The 9kg load size means it easily copes with a machine load of washing quickly. The water tank is easy to empty and so is the door lint trap. The machine will also remind you to clean out the bottom lint trap too so it is really safe to avoid any build up. The laundry comes dry enough to fold and put away reducing ironing for the majority of items. Even though it has a large capacity it does not take up much room and is easy to install, no hoses to worry about connecting. It’s so nice to have the laundry smelling fresh with no lingering dampness.

It took a lot of thought to buy this tumble dryer because of price but so glad I did. First it works very well, it is cheap to run, does not fill the room that it is in with hot moist air and is able to be hooked into a drain - no emptying container. It is also much quieter than any dryer that I have owned before.

We loved Samsung products so it is with a heavy heart i write a negative review of one of their products and support and manual . This os a dryer pccasionally and a long painful process pf damp clothes the rest of the time. The only reason this product has not been returned is the immense effort it took to install it in the first place, cupboards had to be removed and refitted. Product support is responsive but provided in a manner to suit someone who doesnt need guidance or knows what to expect from a heat pump dryer. "Set it to this" how?????? The manual is the same. It can take several hours to dry one tea towel, no exaggeration, some items we gave up on, then a large blanket dried ok 2 hours 50 mins, similar sized bed sheet ended up on the radiator. If you want something dried quick as you need it that night you had better hope its made from a material this dryer likes or youll be entering wet tshirt competitions. Im stuck with it, i was never bothered about saving money on electric bills i just wanted the best dryer , Samsung failed me this time. Once bitten.

Being the first heat pump dryer we have used it was a bit of a shock discovering it didn't get as hot as our old vented dryer and thought we'd made a mistake purchasing at first but far from it. The automatic cycles adjust the cycle time so you don't have to keep manually checking if the load is dry, literally turn it on and forget about it, the real difference is how much cheaper it is to run I'd say a 5th of the price of our old dryer so will pay for itself eventually. It has lots of features that we will never use most probably but it's nice to have so many options all the same, WiFi setup was easy and the initial guide when you switch machine on is good. Not cheap although was cheaper from amazon than anywhere else by £50 but you do get what you pay for. Highly recommended machine.

Eight hours into ownership and I can see already this is going to save a lot of money and time. Ive already dried three tall laundry bins of clothes, and can't get over how little energy it uses.
