How breathable is it for cardio activities? I will be using it to ride my mountain bike in the 20sF (-5C), does it tend to fog up sunglasses?

I live in Colorado and its pretty dry here but I still get some fogging. It's snug across the mouth and nose so I think that really contributes to the fogging. I'm looking into putting a mask frame between my mouth/nose area to see if the added gap relieves some of the fogging. This might help with the odd feeling of the mask being right up against my mouth.

Old version hat multiple sizes, what size is this?

It's a Baclava, a stretch sock with eye/face hole that you pull over your head. I think it would fit anyone, no size to it. I like mine, use it snowthrowing my long driveway, works perfectly, only needed when snowing/raining and windy, when especially icy rain slows into my face.

I checked out the care and use label on the mask. Here’s what it said: Machine wash cold (up to 30 degrees C/ 86 F), and lay flat to dry. Do not use bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Hope this helps.
